FAQ

Q1. Until when can I cancel?

Once an order has been placed (after we have sent you an order acceptance email), it cannot be canceled.

Q2.Can I return or exchange the product?

We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping, but as they are perishable goods, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Q3. I would like to place a large order...

If the desired quantity is not available, your order will be cancelled.

Q4.Can I change the delivery address?

Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed to another address. Please make sure to check the delivery address carefully and enter it correctly.

Q5.Is delivery to the airport possible?

Yes, but there are some species that are prohibited from being brought into certain countries and regions. Please check in advance with the "Simple Search Information for Travelers" or your nearest Plant Protection Station.

・Please specify that your package arrive at the airport pickup counter by the day before your flight.
・Please enter the terminal name (wing name), flight number, and departure time.
・In the [Telephone number] field under [Shipping address] on the waybill, please enter the telephone number of the person receiving the package.

Q6. If I leave the country without receiving my item, can I have it delivered to my home?

Purchased items can only be received within Japan and cannot be shipped outside of Japan. Please note that if the delivery address is overseas, your order will be cancelled.

Q7.Can I send luggage to a hotel or inn?

Please note that some accommodations have restrictions on where and when you can receive your luggage, so please check with the accommodation in advance. Also, please refrain from requesting a delivery date on the day you check out of the hotel.
